Construction and advisory responsibilities
Daniel Jorge Management LLC is the construction company responsible for the building work it contracts. From preconstruction through closeout, DJM coordinates project scope, subcontractors, site supervision and applicable permits within its verified qualifications and the agreed contract.
Owner-side advisory material on this page describes a separate advisory engagement only, when expressly agreed. It does not replace DJM’s construction role or create an unrestricted contractor qualification.
Engineering services and signed engineering documents are provided by Apice Engineering LLC under the responsibility of PE Rodrigo DePaula, where included in the agreed scope. Each proposal identifies the contracting entity, professional responsibilities, exclusions and permit requirements. Project acceptance depends on scope, location and delivery capacity.
Representative engagements, carried start to finish.
A few representative engagements below — each anonymized for owner confidentiality. They illustrate where the firm enters and the disciplines it brings; identifying details are withheld out of respect for the owners involved.
Three asset types, one owner-side discipline.
Multifamily, retail, and hospitality — different programs, the same principal-led posture from the owner's side of the table.

Garden-style multifamily
Owner's representative for an out-of-state principal from acquisition through stabilized lease-up — the full arc carried by one accountable principal.

Retail plaza repositioning
Pre-acquisition due diligence and entitlements lead on an aging plaza an owner was acquiring to reposition. The work happened before close — where it should.

Boutique hotel
Construction supervision and owner protection through to handover and pre-opening for a project that arrived with a contractor already in place.
The longer engagement log is available on request.
Out of respect for owner confidentiality, deeper engagement detail is shared privately during the project review.
