Daniel Jorge Management LLC

Start with a defined scope

Construction scope is reviewed before acceptance. Share your plans, location, current project stage and required work. DJM confirms what it can contract, the subcontractor responsibilities, applicable permits and exclusions in the written agreement.

Responsibilities and project acceptance

Engineering services and signed engineering documents are provided by Apice Engineering LLC under the responsibility of PE Rodrigo DePaula, where included in the agreed scope. Each proposal identifies the contracting entity, professional responsibilities, exclusions and permit requirements. Project acceptance depends on scope, location and delivery capacity.

From scope review to agreed responsibilities

  1. Share the scope

Provide plans, location, project stage, requested work and schedule constraints.

  2. Review qualifications and capacity

The review checks project fit, provider qualifications, permit requirements and delivery capacity. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

  3. Agree responsibilities in writing

The proposal identifies the contracting entity, inclusions, exclusions, professional responsibilities and applicable permits.

  4. Execute and close out accepted work

DJM is responsible for construction it contracts within verified scope. Engineering remains with the named professional provider where included.
